Voluntary Place
A very common problem seems to be the need for the child/children of the house to take over the previously well used and loved home office and turn it into a teenage den. Cue the commissioning of a fabulous garden room to allow the adults to continue to work in peace.
This was the solution we found for a terraced house in Wanstead. Japanese Shou Sui Ban cladding, super powerful Wi Fi and acoustic panelling to the rear of the garden room to ensure privacy during zoom meetings etc. We even built a secret door onto the street as an escape hatch.
