Initial meeting
We offer a bespoke service so it is essential that we meet and discuss with you exactly what you want, how you are going to use it and how you want it to look.

Planning
Together we design and plan your space and decide on the best way to make it happen. We will then produce an initial drawing and costing for the proposed project. This can then be reviewed and amended by you as needed. If we can we will begin immediately, if not we will ask for a 5% deposit to book you in.

Execution
We build your bespoke garden room on site, allowing for you to monitor progress as we go and for us to accommodate any last minute changes you might wish to make.

Handover
We will do a walk around of the project together to make sure you are happy with everything. All electrical work will be tested and we will issue electrical installation and test certificates.

Ongoing Relationship

We pride ourselves on being a local company and will always be available to pop round and take a look at any issues that may arise. We are also very happyhelp to help with bespoke fittings and furniture units to ensure you get maximum utility from your new space.
