Basic construction
Basic construction costs are £1,500.00 per square metre. This includes construction of level timber base, C24 timber framing, all insulation, flooring and roofing. (see spec section for exact construction details).

Glazing
All windows, doors, skylights, etc are additional and to be chosen by client. We are happy to recommend contractors or work with your preferred suppliers, this way all the doors etc can be guaranteed by the warranty provided by specialist installers. We will work with and co ordinate whoever is chosen.

Electrics
All electrical elements are additional as spec to be determined by client. We recommend provision of 32 amp dedicated power supply and wifi cabling and router. Number of sockets, lights etc tbc by client. We have a preferred NICEIC contractor, Bradshaw Electrical, that we are very happy to recommend but will work with a preferred supplier if you have one
